Booking forms must be completed and a deposit of £50 sent to secure bookings - the balance to be payable no later than 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. |

Changeover day is always Saturday - arrival time no earlier than 2.00pm (unless otherwise agreed) with departures at 10.00am.
In the interests
of all guests the property is strictly No Smoking and does not accommodate
pets. |
